Account deletion

You can delete your B-League account (the "B-League" app, developed by B-League, Belgium) and its associated data at any time, directly from the app or by contacting us.

Delete your account from the app

Open the B-League app and sign in.
Go to the "Profile" tab.
Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to contact@b-league.be from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We will process your request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following data:

Email address and login credentials
Username, profile picture and date of birth
Predictions, points and rankings
Private leagues, friends list and friend requests
Push notification tokens and preferences

Data that is kept

No personal data is kept after account deletion, except data we are legally required to retain (for example for accounting or anti-fraud purposes), for the applicable statutory period.
